September 17, 2020 Named in Three Categories in Gartner's Emerging Sales Technologies Report for CRM

Gartner’s newly published Hype Cycle for CRM Sales Technology, 2020 cites in the context of three high business impact technologies – Voice-Driven Sales Apps, Sales Bots, and Mobile Sales Productivity.

For these three technologies come together in Tact Assistant, the unified front-end that understands both voice, chat and text messaging – and, most important, understands what the user means in the context of their business.

The Hype Cycle is Gartner’s model for how technologies progress from overhyped, to mainstream and practical. Gartner analysts see each of these technologies as high impact, noting:

  • Voice-Driven Sales Apps: “When effectively deployed, such implementations can improve individual productivity by offering a more accessible alternative for documenting sales activities and outcomes, thus freeing up more time for selling.”
  • Sales Bots: “This technology has broad application to all B2B, B2C and indirect sales use cases, ranging from automating data capture with vocal user interfaces, or parsing telephone calls for contextual meeting.”
  • Mobile Sales Productivity: “Mobile sales productivity apps will increase sales adoption and improve data quality by using a less intrusive approach to collecting sales data.”

Does your sales team need a new way to work to unlock more productivity and effectiveness?
